Six Point Collective

Six Point Collective is a mixed-use affordable housing project located on the site of the existing Guy B. Love Towers in Knoxville, Tennessee. These towers were some of the first affordable housing options in Knoxville and were originally only for the elderly. Today, the towers are at full capacity and waitlists for affordable housing in the city are constantly growing.

This project takes an existing warehouse that shares the site with Guy B. Love Towers and uses the bones of it to create spaces that are eventually used for underground parking as well as commercial and community spaces with housing units above.
