Nautical Nomads

Nautical Nomads is a community development concept located just north of Bergen, Norway. With the number of digital nomads, or people who work remote while they travel, growing our team designed a community that could bring these digital nomads together while also responding to the ever-growing threat of climate change.

By mapping the projected sea level rise over the next 100 years, we were able to design a community that consists of a series of floating docks that will adapt to the rising water and link together to create spaces for community and connection, rather than destruction.
